Larry Resigns

So the big news is that our infamous President, Lawrence H. Summers, is resigning his post after years of pressure and constantly mounting tension with the faculty. From what I know, the Crimson got a tip from an ex-Wall Street Journal reporter who is a former Crimson editor. Apparently President Summers will announce the resignation tomorrow.

Currently, Harvard email lists are exploding with the rumors of the resignation (much based on my original email sent to the private HCS list Adams-Schmooze). The information keeps expanding as leaks from the Crimson are exposed. The news desk has gone into closed door session to discuss the matter (and prevent more leaks presumably).
